Both run salary-cap daily fantasy contests: you build a lineup under a budget and finish against other entrants. The difference is how you build multiple lineups and how you get them entered.
Lineup Combo Master generates every mathematically valid nine-spot lineup your player pool can produce within the cap you set, reviews them in batches of 50, and submits them natively. There is no CSV export, no third-party optimizer and no re-import step. The combo lineup format is the subject of U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/910,202.

FanDuel: bigger prize pools and a deeper player base, with half-PPR scoring some entrants prefer. Their 2026 CSV edit tool made bulk lineup management noticeably less painful.
Lineup Combo Master: you set the salary cap anywhere from 50,000 to 60,000, (default salary cap is 60000 if not set) rather than working against one fixed number, and every valid lineup in that range is generated for that fixed salary cap. You can then enter them into tournaments without leaving the site.
FanDuel added bulk CSV editing in 2026 because editing lineups by hand after upload was painful enough that some players limited how many lineups they entered. That is a real problem worth solving, and the fix still runs through a file: download a template, edit it, upload it again.
The alternative is not editing files faster. It is not producing files at all. Select your players, set the cap, review what the generator returns in batches of 50, and submit. A late scratch means late player swap will be activated, then you can just replace your players, not rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Lineup Combo Master runs daily salary-cap WNBA contests using the same nine-spot format and structure as its NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL contests. Major operators have moved much of their WNBA fantasy coverage toward pick-em products.
DraftKings is the closest equivalent for salary-cap lineup contests, along with independent platforms including Lineup Combo Master. Yahoo Fantasy and Sleeper also run daily contests. If you prefer pick-em over roster building, PrizePicks and Underdog Fantasy are the largest options in that format.
Entrants compete against each other for a prize pool funded by entries, rather than against the operator. The operator takes a fixed fee and holds no position on the outcome. Payout structures are published before each contest locks.
