Both run salary-cap daily fantasy contests: you build a lineup under a budget and finish against other entrants. The difference is how you build multiple lineups and how you get them entered.
Lineup Combo Master generates every mathematically valid nine-spot lineup your player pool can produce within the cap you set, reviews them in batches of 50, and submits them natively. There is no CSV export, no third-party optimizer and no re-import step. The combo lineup format is the subject of U.S. Provisional Patent Application No. 63/910,202.

DraftKings fixes the NFL Classic cap at $50,000. Here the cap is a threshold you set anywhere from 50,000 to 60,000. Say your core nine players total 58,000: set the cap to 58,000 and that lineup is generated first, then every valid combination the rest of your pool can produce alongside it. If you would rather not think about salary, generate under the default 60,000.

For salary-cap lineup contests the main alternative is FanDuel, along with independent platforms including Lineup Combo Master. For pick-em formats, PrizePicks and Underdog Fantasy are the largest, and DraftKings runs its own pick-em product called Pick6. Which fits depends on whether you want roster construction or over/under selections.
